Job Description:
Summary/Objective: We are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Women’s Health Care practice. The practice is part of Columbia Memorial Health that serves the residents of Columbia and Greene Counties with 40 primary care and specialty care centers throughout the two counties. This is a large practice with two locations, offering prenatal and post-partum outpatient care, as well as gynecological services with the latest in minimally invasive gynecological surgery including uro-gynecology. We are an affiliate of Albany Medical Center, our tertiary care referral center.

Patients Per Day: 20
Hours: 4-5 Days in the office

Compensation will range between $149,000 – $166,000 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive program.
