NP/PA – Primary Care

Job Description:
Summary/Objective: We are looking for an experienced full-time NP/PA to work in our Coxsackie office. The position is for an outpatient practitioner. The applicant would be part of a hospital-owned primary care group practice. You will have the support of a strong administrative team. Our goal is to help you shape it to your practice style.
Setting Type (in or outpatient or both): Outpatient office
Facility Description: Primary care office in Coxsackie, New York.
Other Staff (MDs, NP/PAs, MAs): 1 physician, 1 nurse practitioner, 1 physician assistant
Patients Per Day: To be determined
Hours: Negotiable.
Call: Schedule: Approximately 1/7
Type: Phone call only
Rounding: None
Reason for Recruitment: Nurse Practitioner transferring to another location

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation will range between $110,000 – $155,000 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive program.
