Columbia Memorial Health (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join our dedicated team in the historic and scenic Hudson Valley. As the primary referral hospital for Columbia and Greene counties, CMH provides a unique opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting while being backed by the robust resources of the Albany Med Health System.
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, serving a diverse patient population in a community-focused hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
- Perform surgical procedures, including, but not limited to, tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and head and neck surgeries
- Provide both consultative and primary ENT care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital policies
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practice standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Valid New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and community health
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., rhinology, otology, head & neck surgery) is a plus
- Experience practicing in a community hospital setting
- Interest in building and expanding ENT services in the region

Compensation will range between $365,000 – $680,000 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive program.
