QUALIFIONS:

Education: Bachelor s degree in public relations or another related field
required

License/Certifications: Valid Driver s License. Must be able to travel to
offsite locations

Experience: Previous Patient Relations Experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal Skills required
Strong Conflict Resolution Skills
Strong Presentation Skills
Active Listening Skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance CMS/DNV

SUMMARY: Identify and address barriers and embed best practices into the
