REVENUE INTEGRITY & INVENTORY VALIDATION SPECIALIS – 12481

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration,
Finance, Business, or related field preferred

License/Certifications: None

Experience: EPIC and/ or Enterprise Resource Planning (i.e Workday) experience
preferred. 2-5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle, supply chain,
peri-operative services preferred

Responsible to: Director of Perioperative Services

Responsible for: None

SUMMARY: Ensures accurate charge capture, supply utilization documentation, and
inventory reconciliation across assigned clinical departments. Serves as the
primary liaison between Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain to
ensure all billable supplies and services are properly documented in Epic and
reconciled with inventory transactions in Workday. Supports revenue integrity,
inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

Salary Range: $27.81 – $48.94
