QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School graduate or GED required.

License/Certifications:
Valid N.Y.S. Security guard license
Valid N.Y.S Driver s license
Annual mandatory training certificate

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of security experience, preferably in a hospital
or healthcare setting.
Previous leadership, lead officer, or supervisory experience preferred.

Minimum Skills/Abilities This position requires the following skills:

Responsible for adhering to Columbia Memorial Hospital s Patient Safety
Behaviors by practicing its error prevention tools and including but not
limited to all policies, procedures, and procedures related to the Patient
Safety Program.
Position Function:
Provide a safe environment, both inside and outside, is of utmost importance.
To achieve these goals, the Hospital provides Security guard service sufficient
to ensure the safety and protection of patients, visitors and staff members,
the physical plant, and its contents.



Salary Range: $21.63 – $33.99
