Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

License / Certification:
Licensed and currently registered by the NYS
Education Dept. to
practice occupational therapy or in the possession of a current temporary
permit pending the granting of a license.

Experience: Graduate Occupational Therapist.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Good knowledge of the principles and practices of occupational therapy; good
knowledge of pathological conditions and socio-economic factors affecting
disability; ability to get along well with others; good physical condition.
Responsible to: Supervisor, Manager or Director of Rehabilitation

Responsible for: Patients assigned to self or given to a COTA.

Summary: Conducts evaluations and provides occupational therapy
treatments
within the Department of Educations guidelines; does related
work as required.

Salary Range: $30.90 – $55.62
