Performs a variety of general functions to enhance and maintain facility
utilities. These may include but are not limited to minor repairs or assisting
with repairs of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general assembly and
responding to codes and emergencies within the hospital or its associated
buildings. Able to communicate and collaborate with facility personnel.

Education: High School or GED

License/Certifications: NYS Driver License

Experience: Five (5) years in an industrial, commercial or health care facility
maintenance department. General experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC
including but not limited to testing, repair and trouble shooting.

Salary Range: $18.00 – $28.84
