QUALIFICATIONS:



Education:
High School diploma/GED or Trade School Graduate


License/Certifications:
NYS Driver s License


Experience:
One (1) years experience in a multi-trade maintenance shop. Requires the
ability to make sound judgments on shift and act independently on rational and
maintenance problems.


Responsible to:
Director of Facilities Management


SUMMARY:


Performs activities related to the operation, maintenance and repair of
facility equipment. Observes the operation of chillers, refrigeration units,
heating units, air handling and related equipment throughout the center during
evenings & overnight, weekends, and holidays. Responds to maintenance calls
for repairs, replacement, and adjustments to building equipment, fixtures and
furniture.

Salary Range: $21.63 – $33.99
