NURSE MANAGER – 12133

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Associates Degree
preferred.

License/Certifications: Currently licensed and registered in N.Y.S. as a
registered professional nurse; BLS Certified

Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year experience in supervisory role and
administrative role. Also prefer three (3) or more years clinical experience.
Prefer experience in the outpatient setting.

Other:
} Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
} Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations.
} Knowledge of MDS, PRIs, and computers preferred.

Responsible to: Clinic Administration

Responsible for: R.N., L.P.N., C.N.A., OMT s, Technicians, Reception

SUMMARY:

Coordinates and supervises clinic care and related nursing activities in the
centers, including ensuring adequate staffing, providing staff education,
performance evaluation, QA monitoring, and compliance with facility policies
and local, State and Federal regulations and other duties as needed within the
office(s) assigned.



Salary Range: $30.90 – $55.62
