NURSE MANAGER – 12107

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required; MSN
preferred.

License/Certifications: Current RN license. Clinical or nursing leadership
certification preferred. Must obtain when eligibility requirements are met or
within 2 years.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience. Previous
supervisory experience a positive.

Responsible to: Director of Perioperative Services

Responsible for: Direct reports include nursing services personnel in the
Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU), Gastroenterology Unit (GEU), and Pre Admission
Testing (PAT). Indirect reports include the RNs in Interventional Radiology and
Pain Procedures.

SUMMARY: Provides clinical and administrative leadership to the designated
units to ensure excellence in patient care, nursing practice, and operational
performance. Promotes a culture that supports the organization and nursing
mission, vision, and values. Fosters a professional practice environment that
supports collaboration and continuous quality improvement. Oversees daily
operations including staffing and resource management.

Salary Range: $30.90 – $55.62
