QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor s degree or relevant experience required.

Experience: Five (5) years experience in an administrative management and
leadership role.

Responsible for: All current Care Center employees

SUMMARY: Provides operational and business expertise and direction to the Care
Center management team and identifies opportunities to enhance the operation of
the Care Centers, improve care delivery to patients, and strengthen the
relationships between the primary care, specialty care centers, and all
hospital departments.

BASIC FUNCTION: For the entire Care Center Network and in keeping with our
Hospital s mission, the Care Center Operations Director is responsible for the
management of human, fiscal, and material resources to provide exceptional
patient care for our community. The Director will provide support and
direction for our physicians, providers, and site managers for daily
operations. The Director represents the primary care and specialty services in
the planning of multi-disciplinary or inter-departmental programs as they
relate to the centers or programs.

Salary Range: $27.81 – $48.94
