Qualifications:
Education: Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Related Field

License/Certifications:
LCSW, LMHC, Psy.D, Ph. D. or other New York State recognized license required;
Third Party reimbursable required

Experience: Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience that includes
clinical supervision is required. Two years post-licensure (LMHC, LCSW or Ph.
D) experience is preferred.

Responsible to: CMPPC Director, Clinical Supervisor and Chief of
Psychiatry.


Responsible for: None

Summary: Provide direct mental health services to adults, couples,
children and
families seeking evaluation and ongoing psychotherapy. May be
assigned to provide mental health services in a variety of settings that
could include Inpatient Psychiatric unit, Intensive Outpatient Program,
nursing homes, physician practices, school settings, and other settings
appropriate for mental health service delivery.

Salary Range: $24.00 – $37.87
