Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalency.

Experience: Strong customer service and communication skills with previous
experience answering telephones preferred.


Summary:
The Lead serves as a role model to motivate and empower; encourages teamwork;
gives effective feedback and mentors staff. Answer, respond and route all
calls appropriately. Respond to safety codes promptly and in accordance with
established procedure.
