QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Nursing (REQUIRED); Master s degree in Nursing
or higher (preferred).

License/Certifications: NYS RN License is required; certification in clinical
specialty area preferred

Experience: 3 years of nursing experience required; knowledge of nurse
sensitive indicators, performance improvement, and change management preferred.
Previous experience as a Magnet Program Director a positive.

Responsible for: No direct reports; matrix reporting with Nursing Data Quality

SUMMARY:
This role focuses on achieving and maintain the American Nurses Credentialing
Center (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program. This role will oversee the process of
achieving and maintaining Magnet designation including application and
documentation preparation. This leader will also be an expert in nursing
practice and work to foster a culture of nursing excellence in partnership with
the CNO, nursing leaders, and other key stakeholders across the organization.

Salary Range: $48.00 – $71.00
