REVENUE CYCLE EDUCATION COORDINATOR – 11730
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred but not required
Experience: Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare
provider setting required, unless candidate holds a minimum of an Associate
Degree.
Summary: The revenue cycle education coordinator will be responsible for the
on-boarding and continuous education of all employees for patient access. The
individual will possess appropriate knowledge of the revenue cycle processes
and will provide training and continuous education, as applicable to employees
of patient access. The revenue cycle coordinator will assist, as needed,
educating patient financial services newly hired employees.
The individual will be responsible for creation of training materials and
developing other tools and techniques to maintain a continuous learning
environment for the revenue cycle. Individual will be in consistent
communication with all patient access and patient financial services management
to identify areas for measurement and improvement or needed training. The
revenue cycle education coordinator will foster a culture to improve the
patient experience.
Salary Range: $21.00 – $33.00
