SUMMARY:
The Patient Access Manager Outpatient Services/Scheduling is responsible for
the supervision of the Outpatient Registration areas, outside of the Hospital
to include the Valatie Draw Station, Valatie Medical Imaging, Medical Office
Building and Central Scheduling. This position will also assume
responsibilities for patient scheduling, staff education and management of the
patient access staffing pool. Duties also include guidance and coverage for
employees, monitoring of Quality Assurance measures, and oversight in ongoing
staff training. The goal of this position is to ensure high quality service
for patients and accuracy of information affecting both pre and post visit
services.
Additionally, this position will be the Patient Access Site Lead to ensure CMH
stakeholders and Administrators have a single point of contact for issues,
concerns, or additional needs for Patient Access.

Salary Range: $27.00 – $47.51
