QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Master s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or Healthcare related field
Preferred License/Certifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Nurse
Practitioner, Advanced Nursing Degree or another advanced license.
Experience: Minimum of five years relevant experience providing clinical,
administrative, and fiscal supervision of behavioral health services.
Preferred Experience: Has held administrative position in a health system or
complex health program that included multi-site clinical operations.
Responsible to: Vice President Operations, Quality and Regulatory
Responsible for:
Directing the operations, budgeting, financial management, quality improvement
activities, and human resource management in Behavioral Health Services. The
Executive Director is knowledgeable about relevant federal and state
regulations impacting behavioral health care and serves as a subject matter
expert for the organization. The position provides direction and leadership to
ensure high quality care, improved outcomes within an efficient cost structure,
while continuously improving the satisfaction and engagement of providers and
staff.
SUMMARY: This position assists in identifying and operationalizing integration
efforts of behavioral health services across the health system in collaboration
with key stakeholders and other service areas to provide coordinated mental and
physical health care and treatment to the patients served.
The position is also responsible for identifying and maintaining relationships
with key community stakeholders and regulatory agencies to ensure individuals
served remain at the forefront of decision making for local government units
and key state regulatory agencies.
This position supports ongoing education and awareness of behavioral
healthcare across the continuum and serves as a subject matter expert in areas
such as suicide prevention, inpatient psychiatric needs, crisis services,
outpatient services and the corresponding regulatory requirements.
Salary Range: $50.10 – $77.00
