QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor s or Associated Degree in HIM preferred; will consider
years of experience in a Healthcare setting in lieu of degree.


Certifications: Must possess and maintain at least one of the following
credentials: CPC, CCS-P, or CCS. RHIA or RHIT credential preferred.

Experience: 10 + years prior Professional coding experience with a minimum of 5
7 years management experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with
professional healthcare providers. Demonstrates expertise in coding quality.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the revenue cycle in its entirety.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-growth, fast
paced environment.


Salary Range: $50.10 – $77.00
