QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor s degree preferred

License/Certifications: Discipline specific registration or certification

Experience: Five years leadership experience

Responsible to: Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for: Engineering Department, Security Department and all associated
staff

Summary: The Director of Facilities is assigned the management and coordination
of the Engineering Department and the Security Department including functional
planning, programming, budgeting, and quality of services provided. Represents
Engineering Department and Security Department in the planning of
multi-disciplinary and interdepartmental programs. Participates with other
program or department leadership in policy development and strategic planning,
in concert with the Senior Leadership of Columbia Memorial Health.

Salary Range: $48.00 – $71.00
